We require the final month’s rent payment to be made as usual, allowing us to issue an invoice and complete the necessary formalities. Once your tenure ends and the items are picked up, we’ll ensure a hassle-free refund of your security deposit within 7 working days, after adjusting any charges for repairs beyond normal wear and tear. Do you customize the Products?Yes, we do limited customization of the products! We offer trendy designs with the option to customize the color of the fabric for sofa sets and beds. Response Time: Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and schedule a technician visit if needed. Resolution: Depending on the nature of the issue, we aim to complete repairs or replacements within 3-5 business days. For more complex repairs, we’ll keep you informed about the expected timeline. Do you charge rent in advance?Yes, we charge one month's rent in advance. For added flexibility and savings, we offer exclusive discounts when you choose to pay quarterly, biannually, or annually. For example, our 12-month plan already includes a discounted rate, and you can save even more by opting for a quarterly, six-month, or yearly upfront payment.
