SHIPPING & INSTALLATION POLICY

At RentOk, we are dedicated to providing a seamless delivery experience for our customers. Here’s an overview of our shipping policy:

  1. Delivery Locations: We currently deliver to Gurgaon.

  2. Delivery Tracker: You can track your delivery status conveniently through our mobile app, available on both the Play Store and App Store.

  3. Delivery Timeline: Our standard delivery time frame is 1-3 days, depending on customization and stock availability. For essential items like mattresses, reverse osmosis (RO) units, and beds, we aim to deliver them within just 1 day.

  4. Assembly and Installation: We provide assembly and standard installation services for all delivered items to ensure everything is set up properly for your convenience. 

  5. Condition Upon Arrival: Our team ensures that all products are in excellent condition before delivery. If you notice any issues upon receipt, please notify our team immediately.

  6. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible. This includes providing clear access for larger items, such as ensuring there are no obstacles in hallways or doorways.

  7. Returns: If you encounter any issues with your order upon delivery, please refer to our Return and Exchange policy for guidance.

  8. Shipping Charges: Enjoy free shipping on all orders! However, if the lift is not operational or the stairs are too steep, resulting in additional effort for our delivery personnel, a nominal fee may be added to compensate for their extra work.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RentOk offers a flexible Return policy:

  • Initial 3 Months: A minimum 3-month commitment is required to cover delivery, setup, and quality assurance. Charges will be based on our 3-month rental plan rates.

  • After 3 Months: You can return the furniture with a 30-day notice. Billing will be adjusted to reflect the actual rental period. For example, if you rented for 7 months out of a 12-month plan, you'll only pay for 7 months at our 6-month plan rates.

For seasonal products like air conditioners, we offer a pause option for the winter season. You can continue to keep the product at your place until services. Simply let us know when you'd like to resume regular maintenance.

Need a temporary solution? We also offer relocation and furniture storage services for those who need a break from their rental but don't want to cancel completely.

The money, if paid upfront, will be refunded according to the Refund Policy.

This policy ensures you have the flexibility to adapt your rental to your changing needs while still enjoying the benefits of long-term rentals.

RELOCATION POLICY

Moving? We've Got You Covered!

RentOk offers free relocation of only its rented products within the same city. If you're moving to a different city where RentOk operates, we'll still relocate your items at no additional cost. Simply drop off your items at your current location, and we'll ensure they're delivered to your new address with the same quality and efficiency. This is our way of thanking you for your trust in RentOk.

The information of relocation must be given at least 15 days prior!

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process. Here’s how it works, step by step:

  1. Product Pickup: Once you request a cancellation of RentOk Subscription, we will arrange to inspect and pick up the products from your location at mutually agreed date and time.

  2. Inspection: After pickup, our team will assess the items for any wear and tear or modifications that may affect the refund amount.

  3. Refund Calculation: The refund amount will be adjusted based on the duration the product was used, as outlined in our Return Policy.

  4. Bank Details Submission: We will ask you for your bank details to facilitate the refund transfer.

  5. Processing Time: Your refund will be processed within 3-7 working days from the date the product is picked up.

  6. Refund Method: All refunds will be returned via Netbanking only.
